This course will teach you how to effectively care for your Fire Service team, explore the 7 deadly sins of leadership, and provide a deep dive into the toxic behaviors often seen in leaders. You will gain an unfiltered look at toxic leadership within the firehouse and learn how to be a servant leader. We will cover the actions and traits of anti-toxic leaders, how to show up as an impactful force for your team, and how to implement AIMM (Assess, Identify, Mitigate, and Move) to enhance your leadership skills. You'll also discover how to retain top talent and cultivate a positive, thriving fire-ground culture.
